23 May 2019
Monday, 27th May marks the beginning of National Reconciliation Week.
National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.
As a part of National Reconiliation Week, we will be welcoming Mr. Brendan Kerin from the Metropolitan Aboriginal Land Council to provide a 'Welcome To Country' at our K-6 assembly, which will take place at 2pm on this special occasion.
Following the assembly, a traditional Indigenous smoking ceremony will take place to officially open our brand new play space in Area 2.
