Matt Cosgrove Visits Athelstane

Athelstane welcomed well-known children’s author Matt Cosgrove to our school as part of our 2018 Book Week celebrations.

Students from Kindergarten to Year 6 got to meet Matt and hear him explain the process behind the creation of his books. He even demonstrated his impressive illustration skills to the students.

Matt is known as the author of Macca The Alpaca, Alpacas With Maracas and My Dad Is A Robot, as well as his Epic Fail Tales including Snow Man and the Seven Ninjas and Little Stunt Riding Hood.

Matt’s highly engaging and entertaining presentations were the perfect way to end Athelstane’s Book Week celebrations for 2018!
